Pricing questions

What's the difference between the report types?

Each report is the same underlying planning data — every applicable LEP/SEPP/DCP rule for the address — but presented for a specific role. Buyer reports are plain-English with red flags and solicitor questions. Planner reports include the full obligation register and DA preparation checklist. Lawyer reports add Land & Environment Court precedent analysis. Pick the report that matches what you need to do with the data.

How is this different from a normal property report?

We parse the actual LEP, SEPPs, and DCP for the specific lot — not a generic database. Your report reflects the rules that apply to your zone with the actual clause numbers, not a summary someone typed up years ago. Every figure is cited so your solicitor or planner can verify against the source.

Refunds?

If a report fails to generate or is materially wrong, email [email protected] and we'll refund or credit. We're not interested in taking money for bad data.

Which states are covered?

New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria are live today — reports and the Spatial Intelligence maps. United States (New York) is in preview. More states and countries roll out across 2026 — sign up to be notified.

Do I need to subscribe?

No. Pay-per-report is the default and there's no credit card needed to sign up or search any address — you only pay when you unlock a full report. Pro (A$89/month) is there if you run several reports a month or do bulk area exports: it includes 8 Standard reports each month, takes 20% off every Professional report, and unlocks the full Spatial Intelligence maps.
